Vote SOAP Method

DESCRIPTION:

Places a vote.

PARAMETER(S):

intSurveyID - Positive Integer. The identifier for the Survey record requested.
intOptionID - Positive Integer. The identifier of the option that a vote was placed for.

SOAP HEADERS:

LoginName - String. The "Login Name" you chose during the registration process.
Password - String. Your account's "Password".

NOTE***: SOAP Headers are required for authentication

RETURNS:

Nothing.
