A Forum Message, in regards to the XWebForum web service, consists of:

an identifier
a created date, representing when the Message was entered into the system
a updated date, representing when the Message was updated
a subject
a body
an author
a topic identifier

By consuming the web service, client applications can display one or numerous Forum records, as well as perform data manipulation on individual Forum Messages.

LOADMESSAGE:	returns a specific Forum Message
LOADTOPIC:	returns a specific Forum Topic
PROCESSMESSAGE:	performs data manipulation on individual Forum records.
ADDMESSAGE:	adds a new Message record.
UPDATEMESSAGE:	updates a Message record.
DELETEMESSAGE:	deletes a Message record
GETNEWMESSAGEID:	returns a new Forum Message record identifier.
LOADTOPICS:	returns all Forum Topics, in the reverse chronological order they were entered into the system.
LOADTOPICSPAGED:	returns "paginated" Forum records, in the reverse chronological order they were entered into the system.
LOADMESSAGES:	returns all Messages (topics and replies) posted in the Forum in reverse chronological order they were entered into the system.
LOADMESSAGESPAGED:	returns 'paginated' Message records (topics and replies) posted in the Forum in reverse chronological order they were entered into the system.
LOADMESSAGESBYSOURCE:	returns all Forum Messages by a specific Source Identifier, in the reverse chronological order the records were entered into the system.
LOADMESSAGESBYSOURCE PAGED:	returns 'paginated' Message records by a specific Source Identifier, in the reverse chronological order the records were entered into the system.
PERSONALIZE:	either adds or removes a Forum Messages to/from the Personalization system.
LOADPERSONALIZEDTOPICS:	returns the Personalized Forum Topics for a specific Source Identifier from the Personalization system, in the reverse chronological order the records were entered into the system.
