A Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) record, in regards to the XWebFAQs web service, consists

- a created date, representing when the FAQ record was entered into the system
- a question
- the answer to the question
By consuming the web service, client applications can display one or numerous FAQ records, as
well as perform data manipulation on individual FAQ records.
