Emailvalidate=0 always

I am trying the V1 WebService using asp.net. I am getting return value 0 only.

Any ideas..

When you test the Web Service using the Account Management web interface, do you still get NOT VALID with the same email addresses?

I get 1 using the site page. I get 0 using the same address from my dev test page. I dont get any login errors.

In your .NET project, go to Add -> Service Reference. Click on Advanced, then Add Web Reference at the bottom. Enter the WSDL location for Version 1.

We just ran the exact test and it worked as expected.  You can also use soapUI to test the V1 of the Web Service, you should get the same result.
