.NET 2 Issue - Can't make it work

I am trying to install on Frameworks 2.0 but I am getting lots of error. Did you have this working from Visual Studio 2005 ?
Please help!

The Online 1003 Demo application we provide free of charge is a Visual Studio .NET 2003 edition application. It works with the .NET 1.1 Framework.
