Before we map the elements in Section I of the physical application, we must handle the 2 checkboxes that precede that section. The 2 elements that map to the 2 checkboxes are:

The <Other_Income_Included> element maps to the checkbox preceding "the income or assets of a person other than the 'Borrower' (including the Borrower's spouse) will be used as a basis for loan qualification". The <Other_Liabilities_Included> element maps to the checkbox preceding "the income or assets of the Borrower's spouse will not be used as a basis for loan qualification, but his or her liabilities must be considered because..."
The possible values for these elements are:
- 0 - unchecked
- 1 - checked
