Business doing service-oriented architecture (SOA)
for better IT management shouldn’t assume they will automatically be
ready for cloud computing, says a Gartner software analyst.

Smith, says the problem is the term 'service' in cloud and 'service' in
SOA are the same word, with different meanings.
