SOA is an architectural style of packaging business units and processes into services in a managed and secure network to boost communication and interoperability between business units. HP explains the release of the new governance software aims to capitalise on SOA’s ability to deliver IT services using lossely connected, reusable and standards-based technology that can be aligned to business needs.
