Local Government Technology Leaders to Meet
|
The Public Technology Institute (PTI), a national non-profit technology organization created by and for cities and counties, is presenting this conference.
The conference brings together local officials responsible for a diverse range of government services. These include information technology management and telecommunications, public safety and emergency management, renewable energy, sustainability, and environmental management, Web services, and geographic information systems (GIS).
Conference topics will examine how local governments can benefit from regional approaches to shared technology services, how cities and counties can maximize their investment in technology; innovations in environmental management, GIS, e-government and Web services; and technology solutions that increase performance across all areas of government.
