The new specialty will provide technical enabling and skills-building roadmap for partners who want to access the growing SOA market opportunity.
IBM has also introduced the SOA Business Value Analyst Tool and Solutions Consultant Express Tool, based on data from successful IBM SOA customers. The tool allows business partners to work with customers to identify business problems that can be solved in an SOA.
