AmberPoint Announces SOA Integration with Systinet 2

AmberPoint announced that it has completed integration between its service oriented architecture (SOA) management software and Systinet 2, Systinet’s newly announced SOA governance and lifecycle management platform. This new integration includes a number of first-to-market capabilities that deliver comprehensive end-to-end governance of SOA applications. Together, AmberPoint and Systinet provide comprehensive visibility and control of distributed, heterogeneous services-based applications.

Significant Capabilities
The integration of AmberPoint and Systinet 2 results in many significant governance capabilities for SOA, including:

Bidirectional service communication: AmberPoint automatically discovers services recorded in the Systinet Registry, a component of Systinet 2, as well as any new, previously unlisted services discovered in the running environment. This eliminates the possibility of “rogue” services—those that are being used without appearing in Systinet.
