Service Integrity, a provider of real-time process performance and decision support software for Service Oriented Architectures (SOA), today announced the company is leveraging the Common Base Event format from IBM's Autonomic Computing Toolkit. Service Integrity's SIFT(TM) software suite can now take corrective steps automatically when service level issues are discovered -- without human intervention. The end result is increasing speed to diagnose, repair, and prevent future issues across an entire enterprise IT infrastructure.
Service Integrity's SIFT software suite removes the complexity from SOAs by offering a unified, real-time approach to monitoring, measuring, and managing complex business systems. This can be achieved either through a helicopter view of all system performance or by zooming-in on individual transaction payloads. Tightly integrated with IBM's WebSphere(R) and Tivoli(R), SIFT provides infrastructure-wide, in-depth, and real-time process analysis to compliment Tivoli's self-managing autonomic capabilities.
