XWebServices.com has begun developing XWeb1003, an XML/SOAP based web service which will provide integration and management of the Uniform Residential Loan Application (Form 1003) to client applications.
XWebServices.com has setup a weblog (blog) through which it plans to publish its progress. The blog for the XWeb1003 web service can be found at:

Feedback from developers as well as loan originators: brokers, lenders and banks is welcome at any stage of development.
XWebServices.com plans to also release "XWeb1003 PPC Companion", a Pocket PC application that will allow loan originators to manage applications through a Pocket PC device.
