XWebServices, Inc. is proud to announce that today it has wrapped up its development efforts on the XWebTD Web Services. XWebTD consists of seven XML/SOAP based Web Services that wrap all the functionality provided by Tech Data through its XML/HTTP API. Instead of working with antiquated technology standards such as DTDs and XML/HTTP POST operations, developers and system integrators are now able to invoke standards based Web Services for a minimal monthly fee.

The Web Services feature WS-Security for Authentication/Authorization and a Contract-First design. The Access Points are accessible over HTTPS (SSL) for maximum account and data protection.
Clients interested in consuming the Web Services would register for an account with XWebServices.com. Documentation is currently being worked on; however, the SOAP Methods for all Web Services have identical signatures as those of the XML/HTTP API.
The XWebTD Web Services features a 30 day free trial period. Keeping our promise to deliver SOA Solutions via XML/SOAP based Web Services at extremely competitive prices, we offer the following 3 subscription options after the initial 30 day free trial period:
1. Hosted: Less than 10,000 hits a month – $10/month or $100/year
2. Hosted: More than 10,000 hits a month – $0.015/hit
3. Dedicated - $999/cpu
