Fannie Mae 3.2 File Format in the Works

We are excited to announce that our development team has begun work on exporting the data from the Online 1003 SOA Solution to the Fannie Mae 3.2 File Format. As probably everyone in the Real Estate / Mortgage Banking industry is well aware of, the Fannie Mae File Format has become (perhaps always has been) the de-facto standard in exchanging mortgage loan application data. All Loan Origination Software (LOS) applications are currently capable of importing and exporting the Fannie Mae 3.2 File Format out of the box; therefore, at the request of many of our customers we have decided to provide this capability within our own solution. The export script will be included in the Source Code for the Online 1003 Solution which can always be downloaded absolutely FREE here.

We also urge everyone, especially developers, to read our Open Letter to Fannie Mae Regarding its File Import / File Export Formats and voice their opinion on this matter. Through large community support we should be able to influence large companies such as Fannie Mae in adopting today's technological initiatives and standards.
